Increasing complexity and ambiguity require leaders and their organizations to dramatically accelerate their ability to learn, leading to the rise of new organizational structures.

During this webcast we will identify the changes in the environment which make a new, distributed-by-design way of working necessary and advantageous. We will also explore a set of practical tools and frameworks which allow you and your organization to thrive in this new world.
