Mental health is more than just a personal or HR related issue

A healthy psychological state is central to performance for a knowledge worker. Business leaders cannot underestimate the correlation between mental health and business performance.

As accountants and finance professionals, we were thrust into an increasingly complex and ambiguous regulatory environment during the pandemic. It's imperative that we learn how to tend to our state of mind. As we do, we will see an increasingly positive effect on job performance and firm success.

They will cover everything you need to know to recognize mental health issues in yourself and others and provide practical actions and ready to implement tools that you can use to lead your team to optimal performance.

Jamie Greene
Born and raised in England, Jamie has been through it all; he’s had relationship challenges, been an 80’s rock star, hobnobbed with Royalty, flip-flopped careers, you name it; he’s witnessed it all. His own experiences have helped him to empathize and pull others from extraordinary situations and have contributed to his specialties in couples work, anxiety disorders, addiction management and bulldozing mid-life crises! Jamie’s refreshing approach to coaching focuses on cutting through stories, uncovering the truth and providing practical tools to living more authentically. He has improved the lives of thousands of parents, teachers and children through his international lectures, weekly classes, workshops and one-on-one counseling and has built a thriving reputation over the past 30 years in Los Angeles as a Psychotherapist, Teacher, Mentor and Leadership Coach.
