Andrew H. Johnson
CPA
Andy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Masters degree in Accounting with emphasis in Taxation from Brigham Young University. He began his career with Arthur Andersen. Andy was quickly promoted to Tax Senior further enhancing his tax research skills. Andy finished his tenure at Arthur Andersen as Manager before joining with Jerry to create Peisner Johnson. When Andy is not consulting clients he enjoys working on his cattle ranch located south of Dallas, Texas. His patience and consistency have helped him to be successful in not just running a ranch, but in operating a business as well. Family is an important part of Andy’s life. He is married and has eight children. (You need lots of kids if you’re going to have a ranch.) His fatherly devotion spills over in his company where employees develop under his guidance. Andy is also devoted to serving others and volunteers through active involvement in his church.

Daniel M. Peisner, CMI — Dan is a Director of Projects with Peisner Johnson with extensive experience in multistate tax issues. He has been solving state tax issues and bringing benefits to clients for eleven years. Dan regularly appears on podcasts to help e-commerce sellers understand the shifting sales and use tax landscape.
