On March 11, 2021, the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) became law. In addition to a variety of relief programs, including additional funding of the PPP program, the ARPA provides $28.6 billion in grants to restaurants through the Restaurant Revitalization Fund (RRF), to be administered by the SBA’s Office of Disaster Assistance.
